Balloon Decor Service Agreement

Welcome to Barnhouse Bliss Events + Decor LLC!

We are thrilled to be part of your special event. Please review the following terms carefully and complete the agreement form below to confirm your booking.

1. Services Provided

Barnhouse Bliss Events + Decor LLC (“Barnhouse Bliss”) will provide balloon décor services as outlined in your invoice, which may include but are not limited to balloon arches, garlands, backdrops, and customized installations.

2. Payments

  • A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date.

  • The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event.

  • We accept credit/debit cards, Afterpay, Klarna, Apple Pay, or other approved payment methods through our website.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • All retainers are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future event if rescheduled at least 14 days in advance, subject to availability.

  • No refunds for cancellations within 7 days of the event

4. Changes to Your Order

Changes to designs, colors, or event details must be submitted no later than 10 days before the event. Late changes may incur additional charges or may not be accommodated.

5. Outdoor Installations

Outdoor balloon décor is vulnerable to weather conditions (heat, rain, wind). We are not responsible for any damage once décor is installed.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure venue access for setup and breakdown.

  • Confirm with venue that balloon installations are permitted.

  • Supervise children and pets near balloon décor.

7. Strike & Removal

Tear-down services must be booked in advance (additional fee). If not booked, the client is responsible for removal.

8. Liability Waiver

Barnhouse Bliss is not liable for injuries, damages, or accidents related to balloon décor after setup is complete. Balloons can pose a choking hazard—please use caution around children.

9. Photos & Marketing

Photos of your balloon décor may be used for marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.
