2. Services Offered

Barnhouse Bliss provides balloon decor, event styling, and rental services for personal and corporate events throughout Central Indiana. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Orders and Payments

  • A 50% non-refundable retainer is required at booking to secure the event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event. 

  • Full payment may be required at the time of booking through our website or by invoice for short notice bookings.

  • We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and installment payment options such as Afterpay and Klarna via our Squarespace platform.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Your booking secures the current rate unless otherwise specified.

4. Cancellations & Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. Due to the custom and perishable nature of our products and services, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including cancellations, no-shows, or event changes.

  • Rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis with advanced notice but is not guaranteed.

5. Delivery & Setup

  • We provide delivery and setup services within Central Indiana. Additional delivery fees may apply depending on distance, venue access, and complexity of setup.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the venue is accessible, safe, and prepared for setup at the agreed time.

  • We are not liable for delays or inability to perform due to weather, traffic, venue issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must inform us of any venue restrictions (height limits, setup timeframes, outdoor regulations, etc.).

  • We are not responsible for damages or accidents after setup is complete.

  • Children should not be left unattended with any balloon installations or decor.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, designs, and text, is the exclusive property of Barnhouse Bliss or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our materials without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Barnhouse Bliss shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, products, or website. All services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Indiana.
